series of steins. This 8 1/2" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. This new series of 3 steins, celebrates this famous crew member, not in his role as a working dog, but at leisure with his canine family. Once a working dog who guarded the horses and cargo back when beer was delivered by wagon, the Dalmatian remains a beloved symbol of a bygone era. Artist Jim Wainwright features many Dalmatians as they play around Budweiser's wagon. The pewter lid features a ceramic insert, that pictures the far left dog's head. Anheuser-Busch Inc. ® is in raised writing twice around the lid. The thumblift features a raised A&Eagle ®, front and back. Individually numbered.
