Antique Silver and Horn drinking horn, engraved

Description

Antique Horn with Silver mountings, the end is a bird head and is engraved, the large end is silver and engraved, i assume the chain is for hanging when not in use, small end is 3 1/4 inches by 3/4 wide, drinking end is 1 1/2 x 2 3/4 at largest part, length if 9 3/4, i think it may be German , great condition
