Drinking horn, havamal inscription in Danish long branch runes

Description

Raise a horn to the wisdom of the havamal! This genuine cowhorn drinking horn has been hand engraved with a paraphrase from the book in younger futhark, Danish long branch runes.  The inscriptions read "Praise ice when it's crossed, ale when it's drunk, a day at night". The inscription panels are framed with traditional knotwork.  The stand is twisted iron.  This horn is not intended for hot liquids and is not dishwasher safe.  See pics for details and thanks for looking.
