Used. This system is in Good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use.  There are small spots of residues here and there, from what the previous owner was dispensing with this system. There is a small amount of rust on one mounting screw for the black added-on stage plate, and one screw hole in that plate is stripped out.  The valve that is plumbed to a reservoir seems to not fit the empty mount on the robot arm, we are not sure what's up with that. There are a couple of spots on the corners of the robot with chipped paint.
Notes:
This system is in good working condition. It was in use until we removed it from the prior owner's facility.  We were able to use the teaching pendant to initialize the machine and to command motions in all 3 axes. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
