Traditional Handmade
We use the same time-honored techniques that the original master Viking craftsman used in the making of our drinking horns. This includes coring, scraping, cleaning and polishing the ox horn to perfection. The only difference is that at the end of the process, we apply a food-safe lacquer sealant to both the drinking horn and the shot glass.
A premium quality base crafted from mango wood or teak wood gives the mug just the right amount of heft that it won’t topple over but isn’t uncomfortably heavy to hold. Due to a reaction between horn and high temperatures, both the mug and shot glass are suitable only for COLD drinks.
